The unit #05-01 at Katong Shopping Centre was officially handed over to us on the 17 November 2015. This was how it looked like:

The place was not in a good shape. Glue stains covered majority of the ground, windows were not cleaned for a long time and bird droppings covered the outer surfaces. While we understood those were issues we had to solve eventually, partitioning the centre was our top priority and this was what we came up with just before bringing in our contractor, Mr Ronnie Ng from Ezekial Interior.

Mr Ronnie was a personal friend of Desmond (one of our co-founders) and he was really enthusiastic in setting up the centre for us. He was very meticulous in every detail and advised us to first upgrade the electrical works to ensure safety for our students.

Then the partition work begins...

Rockwool (sound insulator) was inserted within the partitions to reduce noise transmission for a better studying environment.

Work in progress...

Although every office is provided air conditioning via the central aircon system, it is only turned on till 6pm every day and hence we installed a system 4 for the benefit of our students.

To be continued...
